I have an EU VAT number, how do I get a VAT exemption?
Register for a new account and then email us your account details and VAT registration number to sales@5starcosmetics.co.uk before you make your first order. We will then set up your account so that VAT is not charged on all of your orders.

I have placed an order but my payment has failed, what can I do?
Email us your order number and we will email you an invoice that you can pay by PayPal or debit/credit card.

Are all your products genuine?
Yes, all of our products are 100% genuine.

You don't appear to deliver to the country where I live, what can I do?
We deliver to most countries but if your country is not listed let us know by emailing sales@5starcosmetics.co.uk and we will add yours to our list if we are able to deliver there.

Is it possible to visit your warehouse to make a purchase?
Yes, you are more than welcome to visit us. Please let us know when you intend to make your visit by telephoning 01455 841048 and we will make sure we have someone available to look after you.
